With variable pressure settings, Fine Spot Weld Heads feature lightweight moving parts to ensure accurate placement during welding. A differential motion force firing system initiates the weld control at the precise moment the preset electrode force is applied to the workpiece. The Heads low inertia design then prevents splash by providing quick dynamic electorde follow up response to the minute changes in the weld join as it heats and cools. A variety of Weld Head sizes, configurations and options, including air pressure units, balance jigs and swing pedals make possible a wide range of welding applications.
